Director of Global Programs and Services
Xuan You is Director of Global Programs and Services. Xuan develops strategic international partnerships and manages a variety of high-profile projects to provide students and schools from more than 40 countries with collaborative and engaging learning opportunities. She works closely with administrators, teachers, and students from partner schools around the world in the U.S. and speaks and facilitates online education discussions at international education conferences. Prior to joining VHS Learning, Xuan was Manager, China Operations for Gale International. She has also worked at MIT where she lectured and led projects, including work with UNICEF. Xuan holds a Master of Science: Water Resource Engineering and Management from Stuttgart University, Germany and a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering from Tongji University, China. She is fluent in Mandarin and English and speaks intermediate German.
