Jane Gallagher is the Chief Operating Officer at VHS Learning. She works closely with the VHS Learning management team to monitor and report on all aspects of organizational quality. Key responsibilities include organizational quality assurance and oversight of General Operations, Financial Administration and Human Resources Administration. Jane received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Bertolon School of Business at Salem State University.
