Dr. Michael Ehrhardt

Chairman of the Board; Head of School at Cary Academy

Dr. Michael Ehrhardt worked as a journalist in New Jersey before beginning his education career in Cyprus. He later worked at two large American international schools in Brazil and the UK, holding positions as a teacher, director of technology, assistant high school principal, middle school principal, and assistant head of school. He is currently Head of School at Cary Academy in Cary, North Carolina. Mike grew up in Minnesota and earned a bachelor's degree in philosophy from St. Olaf College, a master's degree in journalism from Columbia University, a master's degree in educational administration from the University of Massachusetts--Lowell, and a doctorate of educational administration from the University of Minnesota.
